The Council of State admitted two lawsuits against the valuation of the Vía al Mar and the Circunvalar de la Prosperidad.
One of the lawsuits was filed by Intergremial Atlántico and Consejo Gremial de Bolívar against the resolutions of Invías that established the collection of this valuation. In addition, the Council of State transferred the request for precautionary measures to suspend the administrative acts of these resolutions.
