The set of the last entities, whether national or international, handle 65.81% of the country’s private loans, and the last year there were increases in the different types of loans and the consumer portfolio grew by more than 8.2%. This phenomenon has been driven by the projects that the government has proposed and that stimulate the purchase of dwelling housing rental through banking entities.
