Michelle Cañas Castro is a cum laude graduate of the Escuela Mayor de Derecho at Universidad Sergio Arboleda, where she also earned a minor in Philosophy.
She is currently pursuing a Specialization in Commercial and Maritime Law at the same university.
Michelle is an associate at Aroca Vives Abogados, where her professional practice focuses on commercial law. She advises clients on corporate structuring and reorganization, drafting commercial contracts, company incorporations, and other essential corporate matters that support business development.
Additionally, she assists both individuals and corporations in contractual and estate planning, creating legal strategies tailored to each specific case.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
