David Mercado

David Alejandro Mercado is an associate at Aroca Vives Abogados. His practice focuses on tax consultancy and tax planning on start-up businesses and also on how to conclude an investment in Colombia, addressing national and local taxes, defining the tax impact on the transactions carried out.

He is a lawyer from Universidad del Norte, obtaining a Specialist degree and a Masters degree in Taxation from Universidad de los Andes.

Before joining Aroca Vives Abogados, David worked in national consulting and auditing firms, dealing with tax, customs and international trade matters.
