María Valentina Herrera

Maria Valentina Herrera is an associate at Aroca Vives Abogados. As a member of the firm, Valentina focuses her professional practice on issues related to exchange, corporate and tax matters.

Prior to joining Aroca Vives Abogados, she was an international trade arbitration team’s member in Universidad del Norte.

Currently, Valentina focus her practice on tax planning, compliance and exchange regulations registry. She also advises in the implementation of companies that operates in importations and exportations.

She is a lawyer from Universidad del Norte, she is currently pursuing a specialization in Tax Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia.

She is fluent in English.
