Edgar Montoya Baca

Edgar A. Montoya Baca is a graduate lawyer and philosopher from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, associated to Aroca Vives Abogados.

As a member to the firm, he contributes to the production, presentation and representation in administrative and judiciary proceedings before national and territorial entities.

On his academic history, he published the book The Silence of Judges. The Recent History of Congruence in the European Tradition and Colombia with colleagues from his law degree, as product of an investigation project on Process General Theory. Currently, he is making his master in the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, on theory of democracy.

He communicates with fluency in Spanish and English.
