Ivon Maestre Ortega

Ivon Maestre Ortega, is a graduate of the Law School of the Universidad del Norte and an associate at Aroca Vives Abogados. As a member of the firm, Ivon focuses her professional practice on corporate and tax related matters.

Before joining Aroca Vives Abogados, she worked as an intern in a local law firm, concentrating her activity in supporting the advice of clients in administrative matters. She was also a research assistant at the Universidad del Norte.

As a member of the firm, she provides advice focused on estate planning and organization, compliance with general corporate obligations, corporate procedures, planning and structuring of contracts, as well as tax compliance for domestic and foreign clients.

He is currently coursing a graduate degree in Taxation at the Universidad del Norte.
