Juan José Polanco

Juan José Polanco Bustillo is an attorney from Universidad del Norte. As a member of Aroca Vives Abogados, Juan José focuses on advising clients on corporate and tax matters, focusing on the analysis and reorganization of assets and international business structures, seeking to achieve tax efficiencies, while complying with the parameters of corporate regulations.

Likewise, he advises clients in matters of execution of commercial contracts, general secretary, drafting memorandums, incorporating companies and verifying that the corporate structure of the companies is in order, for which purpose he reviews the bylaws and company’s books.

He completed a degree in Risk Management and Money Laundering at the EAFIT University of Medellin. He is currently pursuing a specialization in Commercial Law at Universidad del Norte.
