The lawyer and expert in tax matters, Felipe Aroca, confirmed that pensions will pay income tax within the pension reform bill that was approved by the Senate and now goes to the House of Representatives.

He affirmed that if this charge is made, it goes against the history of Colombia because pensions have never paid taxes.

Lawyer Aroca hinted that it is difficult for the pension reform of President Gustavo Petro to be reconciled with the changes he is now proposing for its approval in the House of Representatives.
