María Helena Jiménez is a lawyer with a specialization and master’s degree in Taxation and Customs, and over ten years of experience providing legal and tax advice to both national and international clients. She has led processes involving tax planning, asset management, investment structuring, and complex corporate reorganizations through local and foreign corporate and fiduciary vehicles.
She is currently a partner at Aroca Vives Abogados, where she leads the tax practice and coordinates legal strategies aligned with the firm’s high standards of quality and precision.
María Helena has taught tax law at the university level and has been a speaker at prominent academic and business events, including collaborations with institutions such as Bancolombia, AMCHAM, and Camacol. She is an active member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Colombia Chapter.
