Felipe Aroca | Founding Partner
Lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also earned postgraduate and master’s degrees in Tax Law. He is the founder of Aroca Vives Abogados, where he leads the tax and wealth management practice for both Colombian clients and foreign investors.
He is an active member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association, and serves as the academic coordinator of the postgraduate tax programs at Universidad del Norte.
Felipe has over 20 years of experience as a university professor and as a consultant and litigator in tax and administrative law.
He has extensive experience advising on foreign investment, family estate planning, and tax structuring for corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and business collaborations.
He is fluent in English.
