Tatiana Hauzeur Cotes is an associate at Aroca Vives Abogados and a law graduate from Universidad del Norte. She is currently pursuing a Specialization and a Master’s Degree in Civil and Family Law at the same university.
Tatiana is part of the firm’s family law team, where she advises clients on prenuptial agreements, inheritance proceedings, divorces, and other matters aimed at protecting family wealth.
She also works in corporate law, assisting with company formation, drafting corporate minutes, and implementing legal strategies to structure businesses according to clients’ needs.
In the civil law area, she prepares various types of contracts, including lease agreements, loans, swaps, purchase promises, and sales contracts.
