Juan José Polanco Bustillo is an attorney from Universidad del Norte.
As a member of Aroca Vives Abogados, Juan José focuses on advising clients on tax matters, with an emphasis on the analysis and reorganization of assets for both individuals and legal entities.
He also participates in the design and implementation of national and international business structures aimed at achieving tax efficiencies and ensuring compliance with tax and foreign exchange regulations.
Juan José holds a specialization in International Tax Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the same university. He is also a specialist in Commercial Law from Universidad del Norte and has completed a Diploma in Risk Management and Money Laundering (LAFT) at Universidad EAFIT in Medellín. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
