Edgar A. Montoya Baca is a lawyer and philosopher from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, associated with Aroca Vives Abogados.
As a member of the firm, he contributes to the development, submission, and representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before national and local entities.
In his academic career, he co-authored the book El silencio de los jueces: La historia reciente de la congruencia en Occidente y Colombia, the result of a research project within the framework of General Theory of Process. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, focusing on the theory of democracy.
