Laura Vives is a founding partner of Aroca Vives Abogados. She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where she also completed her specialization in Labor Law. Her professional practice focuses on labor law.
Laura has extensive experience in providing labor counseling for both companies and individuals. She currently serves as the firm’s administrative manager.
Recently, she has assisted local and multinational clients in resolving potential labor disputes, represented clients in litigation cases, and provided consulting services to ensure compliance with important regulatory changes in labor matters.
She is fluent in English.
