María Helena Jiménez is a partner at Aroca Vives Abogados. She holds a law degree from Universidad del Norte, a Master’s in Taxation, and a specialization in Tax Law from the same university.
Her professional practice primarily focuses on tax planning projects and the protection of family estates.
She is a university professor and an active member of prominent academic institutions such as ICDT and IFA. Additionally, she has experience in structuring international investments to and from Colombia.
Before joining Aroca Vives Abogados, she worked as a lawyer at local law firms and a national firm specializing in Taxes, Customs, and Foreign Trade.
She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
