Andrea Mendoza is a law graduate of the Universidad del Norte and a junior corporate attorney at Aroca Vives Abogados.
As a member of the firm, her practice focuses primarily on corporate, business, and contract law matters, advising clients on the structuring and development of their businesses.
She has experience advising on corporate and business matters, as well as in the structuring and implementation of asset reorganization strategies and in matters related to corporate governance. She also participates in the formation, amendment, and dissolution of corporations, the transfer of shares, and responding to requirements from the Superintendency of Corporations.
He also participates in business structuring and provides legal support for transactions carried out by the firm’s clients.
