Juan Manuel Acosta is a graduate of the Universidad del Norte and a junior corporate attorney at Aroca Vives Abogados.
As a member of the firm, his practice focuses primarily on corporate, business, and contract law matters, participating in the structuring and development of businesses and providing legal support for clients’ transactions.
He has experience advising on corporate and business matters, as well as in the formation, amendment, and reorganization of companies; the structuring of corporate transactions; the assignment and transfer of shares; and the drafting and review of contracts. He also handles matters related to corporate governance and complies with requirements set forth by the Superintendency of Corporations.
He also participates in business structuring and provides legal support for transactions carried out by the firm’s clients.
He speaks Spanish and English.
