Felipe Aroca | Founding Partner
Felipe Aroca is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also earned his specialization and master’s degrees in Tax Law. He is the founder of Aroca Vives Abogados, where he leads the tax and wealth management practice for Colombian clients and foreign investors.
He is an active member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Colombia Chapter. He has been a speaker at high-level academic and business events and currently serves as the academic coordinator for the postgraduate tax programs at Universidad del Norte.
Felipe has been a university professor for over 20 years and works as a consultant and litigator in tax and administrative matters.
He has extensive experience in legal advice for foreign investment, family wealth planning, and the tax structuring of corporate reorganization projects, mergers, acquisitions, and business collaborations.
He is fluent in English.
