David Alejandro Mercado is an associate at Aroca Vives Abogados. He holds a law degree from Universidad del Norte and a specialization and Master’s degree in Taxation from Universidad de los Andes.
His professional practice focuses on consulting and tax planning for businesses in the start-up phase or those in progress. He supports investments made both in Colombia and abroad, addressing national and local taxes while defining the tax implications of the operations carried out by his clients.
Before joining Aroca Vives Abogados, David worked at national tax consulting and auditing firms.
He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
